WASTE

  • Orientation study carried out at refuse sites and decommissioned sites of economic activity for the City of Namur – former quarries of Asty-Moulin at Saint –Servais, Grands Malades quarry at Lives/Meuse, Les Aulnias quarry at Wierde, Pond beneath the town at Naninne, Rue Hébard at Bouge, Naninne – PAC, Rue Tiennes at Pierres in Wépion, Bolettes Pond in Namur, Risles quarry at Saint-Servais, Hambeau sand-pit at Wierde, Rue du Silex at Loyers (Haie Marie), and Rue du Silex at Loyers (Silex).

AGRICULTURE

  • Impact study relating to the application made by Mr P Wéra, domiciled at Baisy-Thy, for a single licence with regard to regulations covering licences for agricultural use, planning permission for existing agricultural activity and permission to construct a new cattle shed with a maximum capacity for 1,400 livestock. Opinion of the Walloon Council for the Environment and Sustainable Development (CWEDD).
  • Impact assessment study relating to the application made by SA VitaFish in Mouscron for a single licence for the construction and use of a covered and closed-circuit fish farm with an annual capacity for 2,000 tonnes of tilapias and for the construction of a processing workshop (slaughter, processing and freezing) with an initial annual capacity for 2,000 tonnes of fish and with a final objective of up to 6,000 tonnes of fish annually.
INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES IN SUBSTANCE TRANSFORMATION
  • Analysis of the impact assessment study carried out by SA Tactebel on Dolomies de Marche-les-Dames SA. Study carried out for the City of Namur.
  • Environmental impact assessment study relating to a single licence application for the construction at Hastière (Hermeton/Meuse) and the use of:
    a depot containing approximately 600,000 litres of fuel with tanks above ground, a pumping installation with loading bay and an unloading area for tankers at the storage tanks;
    a service station with underground petrol tanks, five pumps and a shop with living quarters for a concierge and a flat as submitted by SA Maison Lamontagne Service Transport at Hastière (Hermeton/Meuse).
ENERGY
  • Evaluation notice, for Generg, prior to environmental assessments for a licence granting Tirlemontoise Refinery SA at Wanze the right to operate a turboalternator.
  • Evaluation notice for FINA Belgium prior to environmental assessments for a licence renewal to operate a service station at Mouscron.
  • Evaluation notice for Burmah prior to environmental assessments for a licence renewal to operate a service station at Moustier.
TRANSPORT
  • Assisting MET (IG11, D.112 - Traffic and Road Safety Directorate) carry out twice-yearly road traffic counts.

    Impact study of licences to construct and operate a water treatment plant at Mouscron for the equivalent of 100,000 inhabitants for the waste treatment company, IPALLE.
  • Expertise in setting up a treatment plant for residual water at Romedenne for the Haumont, Scholasse and Pâques firm of lawyers.
